Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aplyfy.com and the Aplyfy application ("the service"), operated by Aplyfy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
1. The service
Aplyfy is a job application tool. It analyses job descriptions you provide, tailors your CV, generates cover letters and application emails, renders PDF documents from templates, and lets you track your applications. All generated content is a draft prepared from the information in your profile. The service does not guarantee interviews, offers or any particular application outcome.
2. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload (your CV, profile data, job descriptions) and to the documents generated for you. You grant us the technical licence required to process this content for the sole purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for having the right to use any content you upload.
4. Generated content
Documents are produced by automated language processing and may contain errors, omissions or phrasing you did not intend. You must review every document before sending it to an employer. Aplyfy rearranges and rephrases your own information and is instructed not to invent facts, but you remain responsible for the final content of your applications.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to submit false or misleading information to employers, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, to circumvent usage limits, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, templates and branding, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights to the service beyond personal use. The PDF documents generated from templates are yours to use for your job applications.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be modified, temporarily suspended for maintenance, or discontinued with reasonable notice. Features marked as beta or on the roadmap may change or never ship.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for the outcome of your job applications or for decisions made by employers.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately in the case of serious violations. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms with effect for the future. We will notify you of material changes in advance via the application or email. If you continue to use the service after the changes take effect, the amended terms apply.
11. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Contact: support@aplyfy.com
